Vacancies have arisen within the Portsmouth Claims centre of a multi-national, leading Financial Services organisation. The role will involve providing excellent claims service to our customers and suppliers through pro-active use of the telephone and world class customer service skills.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: To promptly handle and resolve customer enquiries to ensure delivery of a customer focussed service. To review, resolve and pro-actively finalise claims at optimum cost and settlement times. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a dedication to customer solutions and have 2 years customer service experience, either by phone or face to face. You will be a strong team member and be able to work under pressure to provide an excellent service to our customers.You will combine your good standard of education with a keen desire to learn.
