MARKETING DATA ANALYST - BEDFORDSHIRE
Part of the Market Insight department, the Marketing Data Analyst plays a key role in providing the business with valuable customer insight. They will support the CRM team & brand managers for all direct marketing activities (email & direct mail) & help them to better understand customers behaviour in the holiday industry.
Key responsibilities include:
* Undertake analysis to provide targeted customer selections for effective direct marketing activities
* Specify, set up & execute selections for direct marketing activities & manage relationship with external mailing agencies
* Analyse & interpret data to build a stronger understanding of customers
* Provide campaign forecasting for direct marketing activities
* Product regular post campaign evaluation reports & communicate results to the rest of the team
The successful candidate will be educated to degree standard & have at least 2 years experience in a similar Marketing Data Analyst role. They will have a good knowledge of statistics techniques & business measurement tools & their use. A good working knowledge of SPSS*SAS would be a distinct advantage & good PC skills (Excel, Access, Powerpoint etc) are essential. Our clients will be looking for someone with strong analytical skills & a good knowledge of all aspects of direct & e-marketing.
