We require a receptionist for a busy site in central London you will be responsible for
· Managing Frontline Reception desk · Meeting and Greeting clients · Answering the switchboard · Screening all incoming calls · Checking invoices from couriers and cab companies · Amending any discrepancies on the invoices · Co-ordinate room bookings · Manage the on-line phone book (Amending and deleting entries) · Maintaining a very high level of Customer service · Supporting different departments with ad hoc duties (Creating name badges, invitation lists, guest lists and reservation lists on Word) · Dealing with all levels of management face to face and telephonically on day-to-day queries · Overseeing that the Security Guards on site are adhering to all the company policies and procedures
Working Hours 08:30 until 16:30 Or 09:00 until 17:00
Personal Specification
Qualifications: GCSE or A levels
Experience: 6 months to a year experience as a Receptionist And some experience as an administrator And even maybe even some Customer Services experience
Personal Aptitudes: Confident and must be very professional Very lively and outgoing Assertive Reliable Must be proactive, a reactive person will not work at all Must be able to multi task Have the ability to confer with high level management Very strong personality to deal with rude people in a very professional manner The ability to manage reception as own company (And being proud of it)
