Our client a leading advertising, design and PR agency is seeking a Finance Assistant * Receptionist for their offices based in Cambridge.
The role will be split between reception duties in the morning and finance duties in the afternoon. Reception will be covered in the afternoon.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and outgoing individual with a pleasant telephone manner, with an eye for detail and excellent keyboard skills.
Receptionist Duties: Answering telephone Meeting and greeting clients Organising boardrooms for client meetings Ordering of stationary and supplies Booking couriers * taxis Sorting and franking of mail
Finance Duties: Inputting daily admin journals Checking * posting supplier invoices Raising cheques * sending remittance advice to suppliers Preparing invoices for bacs run (monthly) Filing and general administration Any other duties as requested by Finance Assistant & Finance Director
Hours of work 9.00am : 5.30pm Mon : Fri
Salary £Depending on experience (Up to £13K)
