An opportunity has arisen to assist the Directorate and the Marketing Manager by providing an efficient Administrative and Secretarial service that supports the ongoing marketing activities of the business. Duties will include producing proposal documents, maintenance of all Company literature and assisting the Marketing Manager in the collation of data and producing monthly reports. In addition to this you will also provide secretarial support including diary management, organising business and travel arrangements and dealing with correspondence. Candidates should have an excellent communication skills, be fully conversant with Microsoft Office and possess a personable and helpful manner
