Development Manager

The role: As Development Manager you will support the Branch Manager in managing and motivating the branch team to ensure sales of lending products, customer growth, collections and bad debt targets are successfully achieved.
Leading a team of Field Based Agents providing a weekly home collect service for loans and goods to customers, you will develop a balanced customer based with profitable growth by issuing and granting credit control whilst managing arrears to maximize bad debt recovery.
A key responsibility will be assisting with staff recruitment, motivating, supporting, training and development of each agent within the branch in order to develop a successful and outstanding team, surpassing yearly promotional targets. The Person: The successful candidates will be results driven and possess relevant assistant management experience (any industry), have the ability to work on their own initiative with a desire to success and excellent communication skills.
