This client are a leading IT and Telecommunication solutions provider. Recent AIM listing has led to accelerated growth plans in mobile and IT based sales. They are expanding their salesforce and are recruiting sales professionals to sell Broadband Voice (VoIP) and Mobile Voice and Data solutions to the SME market place. The Salesforce is backed by experienced management and strong marketing and CRM resources.
The objective is to sell in the complete portfolio of mobile voice*data and VoIP products and services to prospective customers sourced by a variety of marketing activities. You will retain ownership of the ongoing customer relationship.
You will be field based and fully equipped to operate away from the office, in fact you will be a traveling showcase for all aspects of their services!
A typical sell for would be business mobile contracts (T-Mobile, O2, Orange, Vodafone and Three), Blackberry*PDA solutions and Voice over IP. Nine months after the first sale the mobiles will be approaching review and there will be an opportunity to re-pitch.
The client would expect that candidates will bring networking contacts and live prospects with them.
The role is ultimately direct selling so you must be able to self-generate opportunities through a number of means including cold-calling. Marketing leads and internal sales support functions will supplement this effort.
Training will be provided to enhance existing skills and knowledge thus enabling individuals to be consistently successful with multiple products over the long term.
You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of hitting targets in your current employment. Proof of earnings will be essential.
Remuneration will be a combination of basic salary and incentive earnings. This base level performance is represented by a quota margin of between Ј5000 per month and measured monthly. Above quota the sales incentive kicks in with commission based on a split 15*30% of all further margin. A monthly target of Ј15,000 will be given to new sales people giving a realistic and achievable OTE and above this target the earning capacity is uncapped.
