Previous Recruitment or sales experience required
We are looking for a recruitment consultant with experience of either permanent, contract or temporary recruitment. Preferably with a knowledge of the public sector arenas. Successful candidates will be able to plan, prioritise, review and achieve day-to-day activities within agreed deadlines, undertaking numerous tasks simultaneously to a high level of accuracy. Able to demonstrate an understanding of business processes; with an ability to solve problems through assimilating information, lateral thinking and verbal reasoning.
The ability to learn and retain new skills and processes through on-the-job training and pro-active questioning. Able to identify new business opportunities and develop existing client relationships, whilst being determined to succeed in a competitive environment by using a variety of sales tools and techniques to exceed set targets. Someone that pushes self to achieve personal ambitions and goals. Able to persevere and be spurred-on by rejection. Able to identify and understand the needs of customers and provide appropriate advice and solutions. Consistently creates a positive and friendly impression on the telephone and face to face.
Able to demonstrate basic computer literacy; the practical use of the Microsoft product suite; and the interrogation of specialised recruitment sector databases. Able to represent Trinity in a presentable, credible and appropriate manner by demonstrating loyalty, reliability, excellent time-keeping and a positive attitude. Able to demonstrate confidence and good listening, verbal reasoning and negotiation skills - both internally with colleagues and externally with a wide range of clients.
