Trainer in Wireless Telephony GSM, GPRS, UMTS - International Travel!
A trainer is required with good knowledge of wireless telephony networks (2G-GSM, 2.5G-GPRS and*or 3G-UMTS) and 3+ years software training or customer support experience. You will deliver courses to internal staff and external customers, partners etc. You will prepare, develop and update courses and run training exercises. You will work closely with colleagues in support to help define training issues. Along with excellent verbal and written communication skills you will be educated to degree level and have good customer-facing skills. French or German language skills a distinct advantage. You must have a willingness to travel as you will be away in different world regions around 50% of the time.
