Blue chip client require an experienced Business Analyst based initially in Milton Keynes and will then involve European travel. The Business Analyst will be responsible for designing process solutions to deliver services to their clients. The projects and solutions will vary in size and complexity from minor changes in existing services to completely new offerings. Root cause analysis, Clarification, identification and prioritisation of problems and resolving the root cause of business issues. The BA must show: Awareness of industry trends and other methods used to resolve similar problems, Awareness of structured methodologies for the clarification, analysis and resolution of problems, Ability to investigate and analyse issues and problems, suggesting solutions and escalating issues as appropriate. Access to a variety of internal sources of information to aid in problem resolution. Essential: Good knowledge of project methods in Prince, SSADM, RAD, RUP or similar well known methods. Analysis and solutions design using standard techniques in process mapping, requirements gathering, data modelling, object analysis, use cases analysis. Provision of analysis for business cases and business solutions using a variety of standard techniques, such as GAP analysis. Good facilitation skills for running project activities, such as workshops, Awareness of continuous process improvement methods, including root cause analysis, simple statistical analysis and 6 sigma.
