My clent requires an Implementation Coordinator * Project Coordinator to work alongside the Project Implementation Manager responsible for the Logistic * Asset Management workstream on an large Installation project for a major retail client. Excel skills are important to carry out detailed data analysis to work to maintain the integrity of all assets installed, in transit, with engineers and in warehouses across the UK. The role will involve liasing and coordination of 3rd party suppliers, customer 3rd party suppliers and internal customer resources to ensure stock management and assest tracking processes are adhered to as well as producing and analysing system reports. There will involve a great deal of checking data, correcting errors and chasing individuals to provide solutions to anomalies that have arisen. As this is a very high speed rollout, there is a requirement for someone who can perform this function in a highly pressurised environment. Previous experience in a similar logistics co-ordination function. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (email, Word, Excel). Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (will be required to take an Excel test). Professional telephone manner, Ability to multi-task, Attention to detail*accuracy, Ability to produce professional standard documentation, Familiarity working in a blue-chip company with corporate systems and processes.
