User Support Engineer - £15k to £25k p.a. - Oxfordshire Experienced User Support Engineer required for office-wide systems based on Windows 2000, and development test servers running a variety of operating systems. The successful candidate will have knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems (2000, XP and 98*Me); knowledge of PC hardware; knowledge of Windows applications, including Microsoft Office; knowledge of Macintosh or Linux systems, Microsoft server products or Lotus Notes would be an advantage; and several years` experience of providing support within a networked Windows environment. Duties will include Configuring and administering systems; supporting applications including Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes; maintaining the network; preparing machines for shows and courses; administering servers on development and test networks; maintaining the telephone systems; and general troubleshooting.
