This is a generalist HR role, working in partnership with site HRM and management team to provide a quality generalist HR service to a client group of up to 700 employees.
The role works as part of the wider HR team and has responsibility for implementing Company HR strategy and programmes at a local level and for providing input and feedback into HR Centres of Expertise as required.
Qualifications, Degree desirable, CIPD (or willingness to study toward it) desirable
Experience, Min 1 year generalist HR experience within an operational environment, essential or, Min 3 year people management experience,
Technical Skills, PC Literate, Job evaluation and MBTI desirable, Strong planning and organisational skills, Driving Licence essential
