Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Accountable for the Reward Strategy development and implementation Development and implementation of Reward Strategies which meet the needs of the business. Management of the Projects associated with the Reward Strategy. Support for other HR projects with a reward element. Accountable for the Management of Reward Programmes Management of the Company benefits plans and reward programmes. Management of the Company Pension Scheme. Management of the Recognition Programmes. Salary Management Additional responsibilities Provide specialist support and advice to other members of the management and HR teams. To develop a centre of excellence for Reward within the business. This may include the introduction of automation where appropriate To own the Company Process for ?Motivate People? within the Provide Capability Process. To assist in implementation of general HR Programmes. Team Management Provide first line management team. Manage performance and capability of team members, including development for individual roles. Monitor and measure service delivery against customer expectations and requirements.
Qualifications Required Microsoft Office packages : word, PowerPoint, excel and schedule. Strong Excel and data manipulation skills. CIPD membership. Extensive reward experience. Likely to be Degree level, and have high numerical and verbal reasoning skills
