Due to successfully obtaining new business we are currently seeking experienced HR Advisors. Working within a large, busy and at times highly pressurised HR department you will be responsible for providing specialist Human resources support. We are offering very competitive rates of pay and the opportunity to work within a thriving industry. Please note that these roles are short and long-term temporary contracts. Candidates with easy commute to West London will only be considered at this time.
Principle duties: To provide advice consultation on employee relation matters involving individual and collective issues. Assist with the recruitment and selection process, attending training and interview sessions Support and advise line managers human resources policies and policies and employee benefits. Implement and manage all human resources policies and procedures as required. Undertake a range of ad-hoc projects associated with human resources initiatives within human resources division.
Person specification: Must have previous relevant experience Proven track record working within Human Resources for a minimum of 12 months Experience of employment legislation and procedures Good decision maker PC literate
