You will be experienced in the effective use of AutoCAD, with the ability to organise, use and manipulate x-refs, and be skilled in preparing construction information in the main materials for Structural and Civil Engineering works.
Experience in detailing reinforced concrete will be an advantage as with evidence of either academic or technical qualifications (e.g. ONC, BTEC, HNC, etc).
We envisage the ideal candidate to have around 8 years relevant experience and shall be expected to take a lead role in smaller projects and contribute as part of a team to the large ones.
You will assist the Lead CAD Technician in the allocation and management of resources and your role in the office will include a contribution to the supervision and training of junior staff.
