To deliver a responsive customer focused housing management service to the tenants and prospective tenants of the Association. To promote tenant participation and Community Development by working with the Operations Manager. To work with the Maintenance section to deliver a good repairs and grounds maintenance service. To help minimise the number of voids. To represent the Association at Tenants Forum Meetings and outside agencies and form effective working relationships. To be responsible for the collection of all rental income, charges, housing benefits payments. To represent the Association in any legal action for the recovery of rent arrears*housing benefit.
