Kinglsey Schwartz Resourcing are looking for a number of new team members, each with their own specialism. Any specialism will be considered. Below we have attempted to answer some questions you may have:
Q.1 Will my client list be split alphabetically or by geographical area?
Neither. Each consultant has a different specialism, every company and individual anywhere are your potential clients and candidates. If you currently work with a split database imagine the extra income you will generate.
Q.2 What if I generate more work than I can manage in my specialism?
Depending on how much business you generate, we would look at additional administration support or recruiting additional consultants, whereby, you would be given the opportunity of heading your own specialist department or branch.
For successful consultants’ career development, training, manager and director roles will all be made available as will equity in Kingsley Schwartz or one of its subsidiary companies. We want to retain our best people indefinitely.
Q.3 So, with Kingsley Schwartz I will have the opportunity for progression, training, additional benefits and equity but what about the salary?
Well, it is widely considered the better resourcing companies ensure their consultants receive approximately 30% of their respective billings made up of basic salary and commission.
At KSR upto 50% can be obtained.
We do not have any monthly targets. We do believe most consultants working for us will bill well in excess of what they do with their current employers.
We realise change is always difficult, our biggest challenge as consultants isn’t the economy or our competitors, it isn’t speaking to the right people, it’s the ‘Status Quo’. Persuading candidates and client to make the change from what they are currently doing, even when they are not satisfied with the service provided, can still be a challenge.
