Established for over 80 years this practice has 4 offices across the North of England. A multidisciplinary practice with teams of Architects, Building Surveyors and Civil and Structural Engineers. They work across the UK though most of their work is in the North and Midlands.
This practice works on ecclesiastical restorations, refurbishments and new builds in addition to education, healthcare and community projects.
As a Chartered Building Surveyor (FRICS * MRICS) you will be working on projects in a variety of disciplines. Past projects have included work for a major high street bank and North Manchester General Hospital, as well as a variety of schools, churches and listed buildings.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include completing both limited and detailed structural surveys, defect diagnosis, schedule of works and dilapidations, condition and planned maintenance, construction management, expert witness duties and the Party Wall Act.
