An acknowledged leader in building services contracting, this M&E Contractor provide mechanical and electrical services across a broad range of sectors including commercial, industrial and public sector buildings.
They support and complement industry leading construction teams from project budgeting advice to commissioning. Their proficiency in designing and delivering air-conditioning, heating, plumbing and fire protection as well as power, lighting, data, security and building management projects throughout the country, makes them one of the leading M&E Contractors to work for.
Working as a CAD Team Manager for this large and well respected M&E Contractor, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the CAD department, working alongside your managers.
You will still be "hands-on" in terms of operating CAD, but will have a greater responsibility for your fellow colleagues. You will regularly liaise between the engineers and the CAD team, ensuring that all communication is being conveyed correctly and being completed to a suitable standard.
You will be working alongside other managers that are responsible for IT, but you will have an input into this, as well as managing the employees.
