Unique, socially conscious organization is seeking a Customer service / intake coordinator for immediate hire.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Answering phones
2. Conduct Orientations
3. Conduct outreach to various client pools
4. Administer assessments and score TABE reading/math tests
5. Facilitate Orientations
6. Document client attendance
Qualifications:
*Must be able to work well under pressure
*Bilingual a plus
*Military experience a plus
*Bachelor’s degree a plus
*Must have strong communication skills
Location: Bayridge, Bklyn.
