A multi-disciplinary architecture, engineering and construction firm, with several offices in the Gulf region, are recruiting for their office in RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA. The company work on a variety of project typologies and currently have several high rise commercial and mixed-use tower schemes that are just going to site phase.
They require the following staff:-
• Project Manager (B.A. or B.Sc./B.Eng)
Minimum 15 years working experience in the management of high rise buildings and commercial projects. Preferably a civil engineer or architect. Gulf or Saudi working experience would be advantageous. The ability to head a team of 25 architects, engineers and inspectors is essential.Must have leadership skills and strong personality.
• Senior Architect
Minimum 10 years work experience on relatively large projects and on work in a multi-disciplinary group environment. Ability to work on design concepts through to design documentation. The candidate shall be familiar and knowledgeable with building codes and regulations, capable of writing specifications and coordinating the design documents with the MEP engineers.
Interviews will be conducted via video conferencing ASAP and the successful applicants will be required to relocate and start work by 1st February 2010.
