Meeting Tomorrow is a nationwide provider of audio visual and technology rentals, as well as presentation services. We are currently seeking technicians that can help us with small meeting audio visual services in and around New York City.
This opening is a freelance position that requires flexible hours. We are looking to cultivate relationships with local technicians who could take on more responsibility with time.
Below is an overview of typical audio-visual requirements that we would need you to support:
-Connect LCD projector to laptop
-Set up tripod or fastfold screen
-Set up PA system (speakers and microphone)
-Connect laptop to Internet for webcast events
-Set up LCD/plasma monitors on stands
Most of these meetings take place in corporate and professional environments.
It is critical that the technician has the following skills:
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-Comfortable working in a corporate setting
-Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
-Excellent problem solving skills
-ALWAYS on-time
