Fashion Avenue showroom currently seeks a fast paced enthusiastic Office Manager Bookkeeper/Assistant Office Administrator. The candidate must have at least 3 years experience, excellent written and verbal skills must be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel as well as having good general computer skills; must be detailed and accurate with good communication and concentration skills. Person must be able to function as an up-beat, creative environment.
Required Skills:
QuickBooks and excel is a must!!
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliation
General accounting and Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and ability to be meticulous in his/her work. Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to track and record the status of his/her work. *Hard work ethic*
Able to prioritize, manage time and meet weekly and monthly deadlines and function with minimal supervision *Outgoing personality*
