We are seeking candidates for the position of Client Service Manager in our New York, NY office.



**Antenna Audio is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Discovery Communications and is the world’s leading producer of interpretive audio tours and other interpretive audio programs. Clients include the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Louvre, the British Museum, Alcatraz, the Getty Museum and many others. Our award-winning productions combine oral histories, interviews, original music and sound effects. Our services include operations management, marketing and multiple-language translations.**



Position Summary:

The Client Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the Project coordination of all AA clients within his/her remit, from the point of the secured deal onwards. Additionally to provide an on-site Retail Operations service that maximizes revenue and profitability and to work alongside the Technical maintenance services, ensuring excellent on-going customer support.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver your budgeted revenue targets.

2. Oversee and coordinate the delivery of simultaneous projects from the point of LOI to the delivery of contract requirements.

3. Work closely with the local Technicians to ensure maintenance services are delivered as contracted.

4. Deliver the retail function as required and become the client go-to person for every element of the on-site operation.

5. Supervise Site Managers as required, including recruitment, induction, training, development, motivation, daily management, discipline, performance management and appraisals, following HR procedure at all times.

6. Identify all possible on-selling opportunities and convey to the sales team to close.

7. Manage your budgeted resources carefully, creating efficiencies and reducing costs as the primary driver.

8. Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with clients, working towards maximising revenue through Yield Management techniques.

9. Deliver service at the highest possible level within the terms of the contract and constraints of the budget.

10. Collate weekly and monthly data that provides both good quality forecasting of future performance, and retrospective reporting of actual results.

11. Create annual budgets, review and contribute to sales budgets.

12. Ensure invoicing takes place, promptly, for all your projects.

13. Check and sign-off all site staff costs.

14. Support the Head of Client Services in building a performance-based culture in your Region.



Requirements:

* Proven professional experience in management and/or retail operations, with some experience of the arts and cultural sector desirable.

* Proven Project coordination/management experience.

* An ability to multi-task.

* Strong analytical and financial skills essential.

* Ability to grow the performance of retail operations.

* Excellent level communications skills and an ability to develop effective, productive internal and external relationships.

* Highly proactive, with an ability to multi-task.

* Ability to work under pressure, think quickly, and demonstrate initiative in solving problems.

* A broad knowledge of retail industry best practices and standards.

* Must have the legal right to work in the United States
