Better Home Health Care is a licensed service oriented homecare agency with more than 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. We specialize in providing home health aides to service the elderly, mentally challenged and disabled.

We are currently seeking someone that possess excellent communication skills and is a team player to run our Human Resources department at our Forest Hills office. HR experience is a plus! We are however willing to train the right person!
Applicants considering applying for this position should be flexible and available to work from 8AM to 4PM or 9AM to 5PM.
Some of the Human Resources coordinator responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Recruiting
Verifying certificates
Communicating daily with our home health aides
Maintaining compliance
Drafting letters and emails
Counseling and taking part in the termination process when necessary
We are conveniently located in Forest Hills, Queens. Our office is easily accesible as we are are very close to various MTA buses and trains as well as the LIRR.
