Established Bronx Based Residential Apartment Management Company seeks an experienced rental agent for leasing of Bronx and Harlem apartments. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be computer literate. Responsibilities to include marketing and showing of apartments, screening potential applicants, and lease preparation. Car helpful. Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish). Opportunity for growth and career advancement. Flexible hours, candidate should be prepared to accommodate early evening/weekend apartment showings with time-off scheduled during week (TBD by mutual agreement).
