My company is an exciting, unique, and growing Boutique Business Development and Sales Consulting firm. We work as partners with business clients, providing innovative outsourced sales, marketing, business development, and strategy services to companies from all industries, including information technology, finance, media, green business, fashion, entertainment, and beyond.
We have an immediate need for two part-time Inside Sales/Appointment Setting Professionals to work on an exciting, fast-growing Enterprise Search company account. The company, with headquaters in the New York Metro area, has a long list of Fortune 500, Government, and Services industry customers who have purchased the company`s enterprise search software products.
YOUR ROLE:
- Working from hot and warm lead lists, you will make direct phone calls to various types of IT Managers/Directors in a variety of different companies in order generate interest, qualify prospects, and set appointments for web-based product demos to be given by senior sales executives.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- You should be very organized, focused, and comfortable making dozens of cold calls per day day to IT Managers/Directors in large and mid-sized companies and organizations.
- You must have excellent communication skills and a very strong IT software product background.
- Must have demonstrated experience prospecting and growing an account list of decision-makers by phone communication only.
- Must have at least 5 + years business experience and 2 + years B2B sales experience.
- You must be mature, smart, hardworking, and reliable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint and Sharepoint Search is a big bonus.
OFFICE/INFRASTRUCTURE:
- You will telecommute, working from your home office or an office of your choosing, however you will be part of a team that interacts daily or as-needed on behalf of our clients.
- Must have a computer with broadband internet connectivity and a high quality landline phone.
COMPENSATION:
Initial Pay will be $25-$30/hr for part-time work. There is an opportunity to grow the position through this account, as well as other client accounts.
