ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
MCSE Certification
Minimum five years of experience that includes network operational support, hands-on implementation and configuration of network devices such as servers, hubs, switches, routers, associated software tools and desktop computers in a LAN/WAN environment.
Knowledgeable of MS Windows Products, 2000/2003/2008 Server, MS Exchange 2003/2007, Terminal Services, Firewalls, Remote Connectivity Solutions, Symantec Backup Exec, MS Office, XP Products, PC hardware and terminology.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software issues for both desktops and servers in a LAN/WAN environment.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to maintain effective relationships with all levels of professional staff and executives. An ability to work independently and as a team member.
Must have a sociable demeanor, capable of building and maintaining lasting relationships with co-workers and clients.
Must have a valid driver`s license and a functioning car.
DESIRABLE
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA )
JOB DESCRIPTION
Must effectively support Compufit`s client base with exceptional skills and diligence. He/she is responsible for implementing LAN/WAN design, maintaining and managing the networks.
Must maintain quality documentation on clients` technology and the changes made thereof. Accurately reporting labor is imperative.
Responsible for recognizing new development in information systems technology and anticipating client needs.
Create profit opportunities through ongoing collaboration with Compufit staff, existing clients, and assisting with procuring new clients.
