Objective:



NetCom is looking for an experienced IT technical manager, who can ensure smooth operation of technical classes and office network.



Expected Results:



• Provide hands-on assistance and technical direction to the technical support team to ensure exceptional performance with classes and office network

• Passionately manage a goal of no-issues for 100% of classes, with proper planning and resource allocation

• Manage all aspects of network operations for internal network as well as classrooms network.

• Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.

• Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions

• Communicates and enforces technical standards

• Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule

• Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients



Technical Skills (Minimum 5 years of experience, including hands-on and /or oversight experience with:



• MUST be certified in A+, Network+, Security+, MCSE & CCNA

• Server Setup, monitoring, optimization and maintenance

• Ability to diagnose, repair and upgrade desktop and notebook hardware

• Network administration and management for a wired-and-wireless network

• Office systems including: email, VOIP, file server and backup systems

• Ghost Image software experience

• Asset management/budgeting

• Live on Line Training (LOT) setup experience a plus

• Virtualization experience a plus
