A leader in financial services provision urgently requires a dynamic Senior Client Manager (3 years+ exp) for their Edinburgh office. A strong history of relationship management is essential and analytical skills would be preferred, however, a financial services background is not necessarily a pre-requisite. The successful candidate will deliver effective and efficient services to an agreed group of core clients and will assume overall responsibility for this, from data collection to report delivery. A measurable increase in client satisfaction will be expected as will the ability to achieve 100% revenue retention for the agreed client list. Managing a team of client facing staff will be part of this role so a willingness to lead teams is essential, even without current experience doing so.
