Our Customer Service Representatives position is primarily to answer calls and or respond to customers enquiries via email. Applicant will provide customers with product information as well as identify and close product sales opportunities. Daily job tasks will include placing customer orders in an ordering system,resolving customer issues abiut our service,billing issues, and completing call logs and reports.
You are expected to forward all issues to the head management of the firm.
Applicant experience should include:
Basic computer literate with the knowledge of Ms Word and Excel.
This position requires well spoken person with good verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service sales required.
