Deputy Reception Manager required for maternity cover in a top 4 star Hotel in Hampshire with over 100 rooms. You will be managing a team of 9 so you need to be able to train, develop and motivate a team to deliver high levels of service. You must have an excellent working knowledge of all areas of the reception operation and have previous experience within a luxury 4*5 star Hotel. The system the Hotel currently uses is Lanmark but they are changing to Fidelio in September, full training will be provided.
